Delivery

  • There is a €65 charge for Delivery.
  • We provide a door-to-door service. Please ensure there is a solid, relatively smooth area for drop off suitable for a pallet truck. (i.e. a driveway, yard, shed).
  • Items will be delivered on a pallet fully wrapped and secure.
  • For insurance reasons we cannot bring products into your home. Please have help organised if needed.
  • We advise you check you order after delivery. You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours.
  • If you have any issues with your order, please contact a member of our staff and we will be happy to help. Contact Details can be found here.

Collection

  • You can collect your order from our Warehouse in Galway city during opening hours.
  • Notice must be given and collection date organised to ensure your order is ready.
  • Please note that some boxes may be very heavy and not suitable for transportation in a car. It is suggested you arrange a more robust transport (i.e. van or trailer) or arrange for delivery for large or heavy orders. Staff can advise you on this.

Returns

  • We can accept returns on unopened Adhesive, Grout, trims and some accessories. A re-stocking charge may apply.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on other goods due to the nature of our products with shade and batch variations. Therefore we advise your measurements and calculations are correct and checked by a professional (i.e. carpenter, tiler) prior to ordering.
  • Goods sold as part of a sale, promotion, clearance or as ex-display will not be accepted for return.

“Outstanding Work”

We chose to buy all the tiles for our new self build from Martin in New Line Tiles for two main reasons: he was competitively priced and had the style of tiles we were looking for. We did have a look in other tile shops but New Line Tiles couldn’t be beaten price wise. Also, they were brilliant to deal with. They delivered when they said they would and there were no issues with the order. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
